Who we are

This website belongs to Yoll Remodeling, a brand of Yoll & Sons LLC, a remodeling company in Central Florida. In this policy, "we" means Yoll & Sons LLC.

What we collect

When you fill out the quote form: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, and the service you need. If you add more details, also your ZIP code, approximate budget, when you want to start, and a photo of your kitchen.

When you call us or write to us by WhatsApp or email: what you send us in that conversation.

Our hosting provider keeps basic technical records of each visit, such as the IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

What we use it for

To answer your request, prepare your free design and your estimate, schedule a visit, and keep you informed about your project.

Your kitchen photo is used only to prepare your design and estimate. Our designers may use design software, including AI tools, to create the proposal. We never publish your photo or your home without your permission.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you advertising unrelated to your request.

Calls, text messages and WhatsApp

By sending the form you agree that Yoll Remodeling may contact you by phone, text message or WhatsApp about your request. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything from us. Message and data rates may apply. To stop text messages, reply STOP, or tell us by any channel.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that help us run the website and answer you, such as our hosting provider, the service that delivers the form to us, and WhatsApp when you write to us there. They may use it only to provide that service.

If you choose to finance your project, Wisetack and its lending partners receive the information you give them in their application, under their own privacy policy.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Links to Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp or Wisetack take you to those sites, which have their own policies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to answer your request and carry out your project, and for as long as the law or your warranty requires. After that we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and stop contacting you. Write to us or call us and we will answer within 30 days.

Security and children

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only our team can see the requests we receive.

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
