How we cut your kitchen cabinets in our own shop
From the sketch with your measurements to our CNC router. See how your cabinet boxes and shaker doors are cut before they reach your home.
Every kitchen we build starts with a visit: we measure the space, check for moisture and draw the kitchen by hand with its real measurements. That sketch becomes your design.
Once you approve the design, the measurements go to our CNC router. The machine cuts the sides, bottoms and shelves of every cabinet to the exact size, and routes the shaker profile of every door.
Panels come off the machine with shelf holes and back-panel grooves already made. Then they are assembled and the cabinets arrive at your home ready to set.
Cutting the cabinets in our own shop is what lets us respect your measurements and keep a full remodel to 4 weeks on site.
